WELCOME TO LAKE BLUFF

Lake Bluff is a beautiful, tranquil community that is surrounded by nature. The town gets its name from the spectacular bluffs overlooking the sparkling waters of nearby Lake Michigan. Downtown Chicago is just a short drive or Metra ride away, making it easily commutable. The heart of the city lies just 40 miles south of Lake Bluff — putting the city’s museums, concerts, and festivals within reach.

While the area’s natural beauty is a huge draw, the homes here are equally spectacular. The median home value in this area is just over $500,000, and houses are typically one- and two-story single-family homes with attached garages, perfect for families with children of all ages. The natural beauty of the area will be preserved for future generations. Only half the land in Lake Bluff is residential; the other half has been converted into public parks and recreational areas.
